Definition of an Inventory Item Title
| In order to properly track and care for customer materials, each item is separately identified and considered as a separate inventory item. This includes finished or partially finished books, pamphlets and offprints. |
Negative Storage
| Negatives are stored free of charge for three years after the last printing. |
