Offset Printing

Edwards Brothers has one of the largest Timsons web press fleets in North America, offering high-quality, economical one and two color text printing on print runs greater than 1,500 copies. For one and two color runs in the 300-1,500 range, we also offer an array of sheetfed presses to meet your needs. Our offset facilities are located in Ann Arbor, Michigan and Lillington, North Carolina.

Digital Printing

Edwards Brothers has been a leader in the digital manufacturing of books and journals, opening its first digital book center in 1997. For one to four color digital printing in quantities of 1 – 750+, Edwards Brothers has a large fleet of Xerox, IBM, Oce, and Kodak printers in multiple locations in the U.S., Canada, and the U.K.

Binding / Covers / Finishing

EB offers a wide variety of hardcover and softcover binding options, including: perfect bound, notch bound, burst bound, Otabind, Smyth sewn, saddle stitch, Easy Tear, trim-4, side stitch, welded, plastic comb, wire spiral, and Wire-O.

Book cases come in a variety of cloth and paper materials and can be standard, preprinted, silkscreened, three-piece, simulated three-piece, flatback, hinged, flush-bottom, and slit-pocket cases.

EB also offers a wide variety of finishing options, including foil stamping, embossing, matte lamination, gloss lamination, UV coating, dust jacketing, shrink-wrapping, perforating, headbanding, and drilling.
