Mailing & Fulfillment

EB provides complete mailing services, including CASS certification, postal presort and comingling services, inkjet addressing (carrier sheet or direct to cover), and labeling. Our North Carolina plant, where we produce some 600 different journal titles a year, hosts a detached mail center, including pick-up of mail from our location by the USPS and delivery directly to a Bulk Mail Center. EB can also box, polybag, or insert your books into a wide variety of shipping packages to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.

Foreign mail is handled by Pitney Bowes IMEX. Because of our large mail volume, we are able to negotiate competitive international rates with three levels of service ranging from 3-7 days, 7-14 days or 2-6 weeks, with pick-up from our location.
