Establish Credit

Edwards Brothers asks first-time customers to complete a Credit Application or a New Customer Profile form to help us establish your account:

Credit Application Form:

Use this form if you would like to establish credit terms. With an established credit limit, we can invoice you for services upon completion of the work.

New Customer Profile Form:

Use this form if you will be paying in advance. We will ask for 50% of the total up front, with the balance due upon receipt of final proof approval.

The completed forms should be received by our credit department at least three days before the job is submitted. Prior to setting up your account, credit and bank references will be checked. A letter will be sent verifying the terms that have been established for your account.
